Wald Black Bison Mercedes S550

Used as a show car, this 2014 Mercedes-Benz S550 is outfitted with a full WALD Black Bison kit and is eye catching with its bright brushed red wheels.

waldblackbisonredwheels1a waldblackbisonredwheels1lThe S550 is the largest and luxurious car that Mercedes makes and it comes with every amenity and feature you would expect from their flagship car. Technological features like a huge dual 12.3″ LED display and over 300 color changing LED lights add a modern and customizable design for drivers making each car tailor fit for them.

waldblackbisonredwheels2a waldblackbisonredwheels3bThe S550 is the smallest engine available on the S-class but has a 4.7L twin-turbo V8 making 449hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. Acceleration is quite good for the 4,600lb sedan and 0-60mph takes just 4.9 seconds to complete with a 7-speed automatic with paddle shifters adding bit of fun.

I like how the bumper is painted with a black grille give this S550 a more aggressive look.  The sport fenders are a trademark WALD design and are integrated into a lot of their other body kits.

waldblackbisonredwheels3a waldblackbisonredwheels3cThe rear of the Black Bison kit is my favorite part of the car with its small and delicate trunk lip that matches the roof spoiler that protrudes out from the rear window. The blacked out theme continues on the rear bumper and the kit actually makes the S-class look smaller and sportier.

waldblackbisonredwheels1k waldblackbisonredwheels1iThe buyer will have their choice of either red or brushed wheels and both are forged and 21″ in diameter, I’d opt for the silver because the red is a bit much for the streets but if it remains a show car the red wheels are the way to go. This S550 has less than 2k miles on the odometer so its still pretty much new, it’s currently on eBay with an asking price of $115k.
